Educational Technologies and Resources in PCSSD

PCSSD has a variety of technology devices available for teachers and students. Electronic tools and resources provide support for educational endeavors and success across grade levels and interests. Some of the devices (hardware) that can be seen around the district:

• Interactive whiteboards, tablets, and response systems
• Classroom computers
• Computer labs
• Mobile devices: iPads, iPods, GPS, notebook computers

While we have relied on installed software in the past, with the advent of mobile technology and Web 2.0 tools, we are moving to more online resources that can be accessed anytime, anywhere by teachers, students, and parents. Case in point, content on this wiki has emerged over time from several locations and input systems. Information on these pages hopes to share background information about materials and resources available for learning achievement in the district.
